A&SEngineering, LLC has an experienced staff that has worked for municipalities across the country, including the Cities of Atlanta and Augusta, GA and Carlsbad, CA; the US Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Energy; and the Georgia Department of Transportation.  They have experience working with the Federal Highway Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, Soil Conservation Agency, Fish and Wildlife and other agencies as necessary to obtain necessary permits and clearances for project progression.

Our staff has served in Director of Public Works positions in the states of GA and South Carolina; managed SPLOST and bond funded programs; municipal land federal capital improvement projects; provided oversight for state Department of Transportation design, right of way acquisition and construction inspection roadway projects; performed design for private land development projects ranging from small specialty projects to 2000 acre complex developments; and has worked with GA EPD and SCDHEC on NPDES permit compliance, Brownfields and other environmental programs.   Staff has experience with and has worked for private and public agencies in Georgia, South Carolina, California and Washington DC.
